Frequently Asked Questions:
If I want double occupancy, do you choose a roommate for me?
No! You get to choose your own roommate—someone you know and feel comfortable living with.
We want you to feel at home, and that starts with living with the person you trust.
The double-occupancy prices seem really low. Is that correct?
Yes — it’s correct!
We work hard to keep our rates affordable and student-friendly.
For example, if a unit is priced at $650 (single) or $700 (double) and you share the space, the total rent is $700, which means $350 per person.
No hidden fees, no surprises—just a great deal.
Do you allow pets?
We have a No Pets Allowed policy.
This helps us keep the community clean, quiet, and comfortable for everyone.
Can I add a roommate later? Will my rent change?
Yes, you’re welcome to add a roommate anytime.
Your rent simply adjusts based on occupancy:
Adding a roommate changes the rate from $650 (single) to $700 (double).
If your roommate moves out, your rent returns to the single-occupancy rate.
There’s just a small $50 processing fee for each change.
What if my roommate leaves in the middle of the lease?
Just let us know as soon as possible.
Your unit will shift to the single-occupancy rate, which is $650/month.
You’ll be responsible for that updated amount.
You’re also welcome to bring in another roommate anytime.
Does each person signing the lease need to complete an application and pay the application fee?
Yes—each future resident fills out their own application and pays the application fee.
This helps us keep everything organized and ensures a smooth move-in process for everyone.
